I have a company that is going to start hosting and selling domain names i need to find out where to register to do that i think it might be ICANN i am not a resller and i do not want to sell my domains i’m going to be very like godaddy.com

I have 2 domain names and I want them to be hosted by a different register. Transferring them seems like a real pain. If I cancel them how long do I have to wait until I can buy them again?
