I have a company that is going to start hosting and selling domain names i need to find out where to register to do that i think it might be ICANN i am not a resller and i do not want to sell my domains i’m going to be very like godaddy.com

It is, indeed, ICANN.org, but this is not a simple thing to get involved in.
