You can’t register domain names with the so-called “root server”.
Registerfly is in a heap of trouble after a combo of things ruined their otherwise rosy future. Right now their new management is doing what they can under the circumstances.
Go to iwhois.com, type the domain name on the search box, and click Lookup. Note the line “registrar”.
If the registrar says it’s eNom, contact eNom. If it says Registerfly, contact Registerfly.
If the latter, you’re going to have to keep trying to get in touch with them. Log inside your account, turn off any privacy services you might have, then go to the manage contacts section or something like that, you should find your transfer code at the bottom.

Contact ICANN, CERT, IANA, DNSO, and good luck. Next time register with ICANN or the Root Server.
